So, I was wondering if this would be alright with you...

You see, me and my friend were looking at NorIce pictures on here, and we both came across this picture. When she saw Norway's shirt, she kept asking for me to make it for her for her birthday. (Which is in about a month) I told her I would,...but, I just wanted to make sure it was alright with you that I make this shirt.
